Services & Rates

HOUSECALLS

I make housecalls on a selective basis within a 5-10 mile radius from Seattle's Capitol Hill Neighborhood (98102). At this time, you must have your own massage table, and two references for me to come to your home.  I have sheets for the table, and a few different lotions to choose from. You may also discuss with me, a lotion or oil you'd like to use.

In home massage is a great way to get much needed relaxation without leaving your place of comfort. You'll be asked some brief intake questions before we begin. This is a professional massage requiring the use sheets for proper draping. In most cases, it is best to have your table already set up, but if you are unable to do that, I will gladly set the set the table for you, and help you put it away before I leave. This is a great option for people who are chronically ill and disabled.  I will formulate a massage plan based upon your needs and health considerations. To see a full list of modalities I practice, please see further down this page. Sessions will begin at 60 minutes at $125, and go up to 90 minutes at $170.

WORKPLACE & EVENTS

For workplace massage, I will bring my massage chair and supplies to your office or employee appreciation party (Or your own big potluck or block party!). The same distance limitations of 5-10 miles from 98102, along with a modest travel fee for transporting my equipment apply. Give your hard workers a few minutes rest and pay a flat rate for X number of hours of my time, or your employees may opt to pay on an individual basis.
Workplace/Event sessions for employer pay start at $300 for a min of 2 hours, with travel fee of $25. For indiviudal employee pay it is a min of 3 hours individual pay with travel fee of $50. Sessions are in 15, 20, and 30 minute slots, costing $25, $30, and $45 respectively.

Education and "Massage Style"

I graduated from Cortiva in 2016 and have been fascinated by the relationship of pain to dysfunction and tension in the body. I employ a variety of techniques to target multiple problems, looking at the body as the 3-dimensional bag of mysteries that it is!  You may be familiar with terms such as Swedish and Deep Tissue, but did you know that there are hundreds of ways to achieve relaxation and pain relief through massage?

If you have more painful concerns, like plantar fasciitis, or TMJD, my specialties will help you find relief and to make progress.  Perhaps you suffer with chronic migraines, thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS), carpal tunnel, or ongoing back pain due to disc dysfunction? I can help there, too.
I practice techniques under the terms Myofascial Release and Neurofascial Approach. I look at the relationship our body's connective tissue has with the underlying muscles and nerves.

I also specialize in Intra Oral Massage. This is a more clinical type of massage. It is useful for treating headache pain, temporal mandibular joint dysfunction (TMJD), jaw clenching, and bruxism. This type of massage requires that I use a pair of non latex gloves to enter the oral cavity and target specific points within the mouth. If you have been diagnosed with TMJD, or chronic headaches, this modality might be helpful to you! Of course, absolutely NO lotion is used! Here is a link to an Oakworks Education youtube video, explaining what Intra Oral Massge is, and what to expect.
